I added this to an existing shower with a diverter valve because I primarily wanted to use a sprayer to clean the shower. For the price I was expecting a lower quality but it is very good quality especially the hose. The metal shielding around the hose is flexible yet strong and will not kink. The spray shape is long but narrow - I wouldn't want it to be my only shower head, but as a complement to a regular shower head it's perfect. The bracket holds the shower securely at any angle, which is great. No problem with the water pressure - it's the same pressure as the shower head itself. Note. If you don't want to drill holes in the tile for the mounting bracket, you can use silicone glue (not clear silicone sealant, make sure it says 'sticky'). Remove the backplate, clean all surfaces and apply a liberal amount of glue. Allow to dry for 24 hours without getting wet, then snap the mount into place. The silicone adhesive can be cut with a thin razor blade for later removal, and it scrapes cleanly off the tile.
