The photos in the listing led me to believe this would have a rounded base and all in one piece. Unfortunately, what I received did not match what is shown in the photo. I have already returned the product and received a similar one from another seller (as pictured) and unfortunately I didn't remember to take a picture of it before returning it. The base turned out to be just two bars along the longer edges, the ends of which were not evenly trimmed or even smoothed before painting, leaving jagged edges. If I were actually using it to store my records, any movement on my solid oak bookcases would scratch them like hell. Disappointing and unacceptable. I don't appreciate false advertising and the need to take the time to return something that should have been exactly as in the photo and in the ad. Luckily the return process was easy (all things considered) and I was able to use the credit on this item for a replacement (again from a different seller) within 2 hours of sending it to the UPS store.
