Overall product quality appears to be good but I can only give a 1 star rating based on the issue I had and none Response from the company to fix the problem. .After installing the battery and bench testing the systems, a flashing "Err" message appeared on the controller screen. According to the manual, the reason is a malfunction of the temperature sensor. I went ahead and installed the gauge on a 1 cylinder 4 stroke off road bike and the hour/RPM options worked fine but the temp gauge still flashed 'Err'. After several attempts to contact the company with no response, I removed the gauge and attempted to diagnose the faulty temperature sensor. It appears to be a bad connection within the probe itself, which has two wires going to the probe and attached with epoxy. The meter's control board is fitted with high-quality seals and two letters "M” and "S”. I have no problems with buttons. I would happily accept a replacement from the company if they all reply to me. UPDATE: Increased rating from 1 star to 4 stars after contacting RunLeader. You send a complete exchange device to replace the originally defective multifunction measuring device.
