A basic heated towel rail takes 4 hours to install due to defective brackets. The mounting brackets should snap into the slots on the back of the towel rail holders, but they won't snap unless you spend a few hours bending and reshaping the brackets. If you do not reshape the brackets, the tabs on the brackets will not slide through the slots. As a result, the towel rail does not snap into place, it just hangs loose and immediately falls off the wall on impact. It is obvious that the brackets were not milled correctly. If the brackets were made to the correct specifications (a/k/a tolerances) the towel rail would be fine, but poorly made brackets will render the product flawed and more importantly, make the installation process completely frustrating and time consuming. -Consumption. I will definitely not recommend this product to anyone!
