Really great little house but there are a few dangerous features. The hill is really quite dangerous. The edge is curved and low, making it very easy to fall to either side. I'll admit I installed and secured it on a foam patch, so my child's injury was probably worse than it was on grass... but even on grass, one fall could be enough to cause an injury. Lessons learned, so now we have an adult at the end of the slide or don't let them use this feature. Also, the small hidden tunnel is perfect for kids to fall out. We lost a few people that way but no injuries just something to be aware of. Now that we know the 'problem areas' and can take more precautions, that doesn't mean we're unhappy with it...it just feels poorly constructed. But the kids love it.
