I LOVE this bag. It's well made and offers a lot of space without being too bulky, and the design is cute. I especially like the cell phone pocket on the strap. My iPhone 11 Pro Max fits juuusttt although it's snug, but fits most other phones well. The zippers move easily and don't feel cheap; Stitching is good and not many threads are sticking out like other bags I've bought recently. This is a great travel bag as it can hold my Kindle, full size headphones, a portable charger, all my meds and my son's EpiPen. The hidden side pocket holds all four of my family's passports as well as a small wallet. And it can be placed under an airplane seat with free space (I carry this as my personal item in addition to a standard sized carry-on). There is a strap with clip and a small pocket for a keychain, two exterior zippered pockets, an elasticated mesh water bottle pocket, and an articulated strap so the pack can be carried on either shoulder. The strap itself is quite long, so carrying it across the body shouldn't be a problem for those of us who might be a bit taller. With the strap firmly adjusted to be worn over the shoulder instead of over the shoulder, there is very little left to tuck in. All in all, this is a fantastic little polybag!
