I weigh about 160 pounds and am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I took the middle one and tried it on over sweatpants and a t-shirt. I have a round butt so it fits tighter and stretches to tighten the front of the thighs. I don't like tight clothes, but they're tight enough to touch my hips and not baggy, which is fine. Don't forget to lengthen the shoulder straps for a looser fit if needed. It looks well made, warm and thick. I am very happy with my purchase. I will wear them everywhere.
