Poor quality and unhygienic replacement

Originally ordered these headphones in February. The first set I received had an earbud that didn't work. I asked for a spare pair. Not only did they take some time to fulfill my order, but the delivery was delayed. Which wouldn't make much of a difference, but the replacement pair I received were not in their original packaging and obviously used. Both earbuds were covered with earwax and clogged. Absolutely disgusting! Luckily, Revain has pretty good customer service so I was able to get a refund.
