First, English is clearly a second language for the people who wrote the instructions. The instructions are contradictory in places, there are many grammatical and spelling mistakes, but you can get an idea of the application, clean the product. The product itself is as advertised. I used an epilator many years ago and not much has changed. For those who say it doesn't hurt, there must be no nerve endings left because in my experience it has made me wince every time a hair has been pulled out. I use this on my face and I used a steam washcloth to soften my hair before use. My face was completely dry before using the epilator. I could clearly see that almost every removed hair had a root. It leaves red marks and I use an antibiotic cream after use. The redness will go away in an hour or two. If you feel the same way, suggest waxing if you don't have to go outside for a few hours.
