In December I moved into an apartment with the worst neighbor. A person walks at any time of the day or night, as if stomping grapes. Because of this, I started to rest a little. This went on for several months and my housing management could not solve the problem. I was now severely sleep deprived. Earbuds and sleeping in AirPods hurt my ears, so those options didn't work. Finally ordered these headphones. It's been a strong month and now I'm so rested! I actually sleep on weekends and don't get woken up by the alarm clock for a week. The earbuds connect easily to my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I uploaded the brown noise track to my Apple Music and let it loop through the night. It's not the most comfortable to wear, but it's not uncomfortable either; if it makes sense The speakers are quite thin, but it took my sensitive ears a few nights to get used to them. Currently? I don't go to bed without her and don't realize it. I wish the included charging cable was longer. This is the main disadvantage. I also had to turn up the volume on my house alarms; Just to make sure I can hear all the warnings, but honestly that's not a problem.
