Difficult to push, works 1 out of 3 times
I was looking for a small bin for my 3 year old daughter to wash her hands and it was too difficult to push. As adults, we could feel some resistance when we pushed. Also, it doesn't work properly with some soaps (e.g. DAPPLE Baby Bottle and Dish Soap). 1 out of 3 times it barely worked.
