Review on Anker Soundcore Liberty Air X True Wireless 🎧 Earbuds: Qualcomm aptX, Touch Control, 28 Hour Playtime (White) by Elizabeth Gagnon

It was easy to get started, sound quality was great, calls were clear. The noise cancellation wasn't very good, but I was fine with that. The earbuds intermittently fell out when my head was tilted (e.g. when lying on my side); My Bose headphones handled this situation very well. Due to their size and use of bluetooth it would be nice if they had a 'location' feature via an app or something as blacks can easily get lost in the dark or on dark carpets. I liked them so much that I started using them all the time and after 1-2 months the sound in the right earbud disappeared. Everything I've read on the internet said a restore or hard reset, but no re-pairing or reset fixed the problem. The controller still works, so definitely defective. I tried to chat online with the support team which didn't work so I had to email the request. We'll see what the after-sales service does, but now I regret not having received a more trouble-free product even though it was a lot more expensive.
