Review on Eberlestock Bandit Pack Blue by Dragan Nelson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Small, light, good tactical backpack

I was looking for something small and light, but with durable and tactical style. Having had an Eberle stick before, I tried it and was very satisfied: well made, light and very comfortable. This backpack is perfect for mountain biking, day trips, fishing or other active outdoor sports. Activities that require enough gear to carry, but not enough to justify a full-size pack. Notes: + The maximum width of the main compartment is about 6-7 inches. Maintains strength and tactical performance but weighs less and is more comfortable, making it very suitable for long hikes. + Compared to the Rush12, it weighs about a pound less but offers less space and modularity. I found it more convenient. I still use the Rush for boating, hunting, camping, etc. when weight isn't that important. This backpack is much better for cycling, hiking etc. + Sits high on the back but is more than comfortable to drive + I also have an Eberlestock Cabrio. This can be seen as a smaller and lighter version of this pack.

Pros
  • Internal clamp to attach 2L or 3L hydration chamber Source
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
