I received the product today and will be using it mainly to make my own eyelash and brow oil. It was packaged very securely and everything I needed was there. I've included a photo of the bristles on a stick because they aren't very long. It's not too harsh, I'd say medium firm because it's not as soft and fluffy as other mascara sticks I've seen. All in all a great product. And I forgot to put the rubber insert in after adding the oil so please don't be like me lol. Be sure to use the rubber insert and then insert the stick. This removes some of the product so the product doesn't drip off the wand. I've also noticed that when I twist the stick it pops out quickly, probably because I'm adding so much oil or air trapped in it. I'm not sure, but I would suggest not putting as much product in an empty tube as I did lol.
