The result of the cutting and weeding depends entirely on the batch you receive. I've ordered this 4 times (several rolls each), the first time it was easy to cut and weed without the foil. The second time it was thick and had film on it. The third time it was easy to cut and weed, and this time it's thick but with no film. Consistency varies with each order so you never know which ones you'll get which one sucks because I work with this vinyl a lot and need consistency. It's beautiful and looks like fire in the sun, but manufacturers play back and forth. (For reference, if you receive a roll with no lines on the back of the vinyl paper, then this is the easy-to-cut version. If it has lines, get ready.)
