Blocks both sockets

Works well as a regular USB charger but I really don't like that the hinged pins come out in the middle and as a result the charger blocks the second socket and everything in between (where I usually have 2 extra USB ports). I've tried using this to power another tablet but it doesn't work (which I wasn't expecting), an AC PD cable should be included. .
