The tutu is very fluffy and well made. I took the time to iron out the individual tulle pieces so it looked even better. I bought a total of 2 smalls (for 100-107 lb people) and 2 mediums for (140-150 lb people) but in retrospect I should have bought 4 smalls. There is a big difference in waist size between the small and mediums (about 2 inches) so our mediums kept slipping down a little whereas the smalls stayed put. Other than this they tutus were fantastic. Very well made, very brightly colored and a lot of tulle to make the skirt very fluffy. I know how to sew garments so I considered making skirts instead of buying them but for the affordable cost of these, it was worth it to buy them especially considering the skirts have wo layers of opaque lining under the tulle. We wore leggings under the skirts because it was chilly.
