The best part about this platform is that it allows you to build your own voice app using any of its available templates or create one from scratch by yourself with all required features in mind, even if they are not included as such! It's also very easy & quick when building apps like ordering food/shopping products etc., which can be really handy sometimes (especially at work).

I think there could have been more customization options while designing an application through their website rather than having separate mobile applications created separately - definitely something worth considering adding later once enough users start utilizing these services via mobiles devices!!
