Review on Guake by Alex Taylor

It's an open source project that can be run with zero configuration or dependencies - just download it! The layout of this application is very customizable (you can change colors, icons, etc.) so you can build your own personal interface to fit into how you use software. I like using guake because its not as intimidating when trying out something new. There are some things i don't like about GUAKE but I'm sure they will make changes soon. For example there isn't a way to close tabs without closing the entire window. But overall I've really enjoyed working with this program. It has helped me get more comfortable with my computer and learning what each icon means. I like that it's very simple to use! It has many keybindings which makes configuring easy even if you're new to this program; however there are also options where one can customise them as needed (e g., mouse wheel scrolling). The UI could be improved further with some more features being added but overall not much dislikes either way so far :) Very nice software!! Easy accessability/usablity of keyboard shortcuts etc..
