My first hydro jacket! So I have no comparison, but so far I like this vest. I wear it for my long runs (6+ miles), especially in the summer heat hydration is a must. It's lightweight, has handy pockets for lipstick, keys, etc. Fits my iPhone 8plus securely. Fits my figure well, looks good. Yes, you can hear water splashing, but it is water, what can you do. Also remember that water is heavy, so the more water you are carrying, the heavier it is. I also love that this vest is so reasonably priced and from a reliable and trustworthy company.
