After 8 months of use, my monitor stopped working (poor power cord connection). I haven't found a way to make a warranty claim yet. The HP website says my monitor is still under warranty, but also says you can't take it to an authorized service center without first getting approval, but I can't find a way to get approval and a location to find where the monitor can be repaired (sites list of printers and computers). I expect more from a well-known name like HP. I guess I should have just ordered a nameless monitor because the service could be as good as HP's.
