It's a bit ridiculous to rate pacifiers as babies seem to be pretty arbitrary about what they like and don't like. My nieces and nephews love them like pacifiers. My kid not really. She had to learn a weird way to breastfeed as I am hyperactively frustrated and she is now embarrassed as hell about the pacifier mechanics. Nuk pacifiers with a handle seem to work best for her as the handle makes the pacifier heavier so she can hold it in her mouth. However, she loves them as teethers. She loves it when we put our fingers in and she can wrap them around her mouth to chew on. She's still too young for manual teethers, so it works.
