I liked the combination of shoulder and back support. I'm overweight so I took the largest size they had. It's close to 2X or 3X. I wear between 2X and 3X and most of the weight is on my hips and chest so the waist straps make it a bit difficult to get comfortable. The waist belts fit me well. In length, I just wanted the straps to be wider so they don't look like I've been cut in half. It definitely makes my boobs look bigger LOL so I might try wearing it under my shirt to make my figure look a little smaller like wearing a corset. The material made me a bit warmer so if you get hot easily keep that in mind when wearing it. It definitely helped my posture! I have a condition where my back muscles are very sore and causing weakness.
