I purchased this item on June 25, 2021; I received it in a few days. Within 5 days of receiving this controller, the cable started to come loose. A few weeks later my LT button suddenly started spamming randomly, I had to use a pin to fix it, but it only got worse. I tried to do it myself and took it apart to fix it. I was able to get the screws out but the green rubber bands on both side handles prevented me from disassembling them completely, but I could see a bit of the inside of my LT button and guess what it had? The stupid useless spring holding the LT button broke with one touch and I had to throw the controller away (waste of money). In general, don't buy this product, it's very cheap, and the cloth and joystick are a joke, you'll encounter a drift problem, and you won't even be able to fix it even if you could.
