PRO: Custom colors; Choose Brightness; multiple color schemes; Custom button colors; battery life; Reaction time; battery life in the Windows taskbar; Input ComfortMINUSES: Micro USB; Needs to be connected to a computer via a charging cable to take full advantage of the individual custom key colors (a big minus for me as this is supposed to be a wireless keyboard). details below. Overall this keyboard is great and I highly recommend it. This keyboard is comfortable to type on and I like that it can be used as a typing keyboard. I'm a casual gamer who hasn't used the macro features yet, but I love that you can choose any color, brightness, and lighting style available in the software. Battery life is pretty amazing - I only use the lowest brightness settings, a solid color - and can play for a week or so on a single charge (sessions range from 4 to 10 hours). The response time is no different than a wired keyboard for me, which is a pleasant surprise. It's great that you can see your keyboard's battery life in the Windows taskbar. Probably the COOLEST part is that you can software assign custom colors to ANY button on the board when a keyboard is connected. Would you like the WASD keys to be highlighted in a different color? Of course. Do you want the J, F2 and number 5 keys to be different colors? Absolutely. And you can save profiles for each profile, meaning you can create custom lighting schemes for every game you play. The only caveat is that you have to connect the board to your computer via a charging cable (really folks? On a wireless gaming keyboard?) General reason for three stars - I have two issues with this product that are directly related to, as it is advertised. and it's price. Dubbed a gaming keyboard, this product costs around $100 and is non-mechanical. I was hoping they would move to USB-C as it's becoming the standard and easy to use, but they still use Micro-USB. Of course it still works, but I think it's an unnecessary downgrade at this price point. My biggest problem (and some might call me crazy) is that you NEED to connect a keyboard to your computer to take advantage of the fully customizable key backlighting. I verified this by submitting a ticket to the company's support team and they confirmed that it needs to be connected. Big disappointment considering this is supposed to be a wireless device for gaming and you need dedicated backlit buttons for that purpose. If they manage to make changes with a future firmware/software update I will change that to 5 stars without a problem. Don't be lazy with your more expensive end products.
