Review on YGS-Tech 3-Inch Dimmable LED Recessed Downlight by Tina Brooks
It works fine but the mounting mechanism is suspect.
The spring broke the first time I tried to put it in the hole. It has been replaced but it seems the best solution would be an LED disc light.
