Review on Revlon Brow Fantasy Pencil and Gel, Brunette [105] 0.051 Oz by Latarsha Spencer

I use another brand and I really like it and the color is hard to beat but I went with Revlon. The color is as I imagined and it fits very well. I don't like the liquid part. I figured it would be clear and I could just use the color and then comb the brows. It's tinted and I'm making a huge mess so I gave up. So that's the only downside for me. The brand of eyebrow pencils I've used for years have a brush on one end and a pencil on the other. I'm used to using a pencil and then combing my brows for a more natural look. As I said, that's a shortcoming, but not a decisive factor, I'll still buy it again if it's gone. I add to this review. I wasn't sure if I liked the tinted brush but I thought I liked it. You use it over your brow pencil and it stays on all day until it comes off. My eyebrows are very light, so I use a pencil. I hate the look without. Now I always have eyebrows, even after swimming, exercising or sweating in the heat. I have changed my rating to five stars. I would definitely recommend this product if you are like me and feel "naked" without eyebrows!
