I love espresso and have been using the Gaggia Classic for many years. I got fed up because the filling was inconsistent, the machine was noisy, and the filling was never as hot as it was supposed to be. I wanted a capsule espresso machine as I don't drink cappuccino. Even though Nespresso is a brand, the price is high and I don't care about the branded products that led me to Mixpresso. This machine is well priced, accepts Nespresso capsules, has a good design and has a pressure of 19 bar, which made me buy it. I read many reviews and treat them with suspicion. As for complaints, I don't find the machine noisy and the vibration doesn't shake the cup. As for lifting the handle, yes, it's a bit stiff, but I think it's silly to complain about it. The machine is proven to make great espresso with great crema when you buy quality espresso pods. To get a hot cup, I wait for the machine to heat up and then run a cup of hot water through it. In this case, the water will heat up and the cup will heat up. Then I insert the capsule and brew the espresso. This has always worked flawlessly so far. The machine has a small footprint, which is another advantage. It's also easy to use. This is a good product with a good guarantee although I cannot confirm customer service and I hope I never have to.
