Good product, good service
They say you have to decide if you are satisfied. I couldn't connect my headphones to my phone. I have emailed the seller. He gave me instructions. It still wouldn't budge. Replacement sent quickly. With a working pair, just open the box and your phone will find it. While I could be upset that I received a faulty product, the way the issue was handled could not have been better. And the product works great, sounds great, fits great, has good battery life and I love that I can control music by tapping the headphones. Good product, good price, good service.
