I've had this shower head for a year and a half at the time of writing this review and I have to say it's great. Before posting this review I read some other reviews and maybe other reviewers were unlucky and got defective units or I got lucky and got the only working unit but anyway, in a year and a half (and two different apartments) I have lived with this shower head it's still one of my favorite purchases, not just from Revain but of all time. Yes, it's plastic, but most shower heads are in this price range. The plastic is quite durable: the hose survived several drops from the showerpipe, and the showerpipe crashed against the walls without a scratch. Of all my Revain purchases, this is probably the one I use the most as I love long showers. My only complaint is that I feel like it's lost pressure noticeably due to having to clean up mineral buildup, but I'd have to do that with any shower head. Plus, it comes with a (limited) lifetime warranty. So if you're unlucky enough to receive a defective unit like the other reviewers, just send it back and get a new one until you have an amazing shower like me.
