This system is probably best left to the pros given the potential for injury. If you feel comfortable and can follow the instructions, absolutely. I'm pretty comfortable with them, I've only tried a few on my own and with some suction just in case. I've tested different sizes and such, bottom line I leave that to the pros, it's too easy to hurt myself with this and as it turns out I don't like glasses but everything is closed, hours are limited etc. Currently it is very difficult to get to my acupuncture point so i tried it instead and not for myself.
