decent sound. Pure FM radio. Good battery. Not very intuitive.

Good speaker. I bought this so I can have a waterproof Bluetooth speaker with FM radio capabilities while I'm outside doing my dirty work. For the price it does its job well. The instructions are a bit difficult to follow, so I had to read them very carefully. The speaker looks solid and massive. I expected it to be easy, but it isn't. The buttons were a bit sticky, so I had to press and release them very gently when a few "clicks" were needed. The AUX, USB and Micro SD card cover feels tight and closed when closed. I doused the thing with water and it still works. I had to shake it on a towel to get all the water off the grilles and restore sound quality. Pairing with Bluetooth was easy and I was able to stream music from my phone with ease. The speakerphones are just great as I was able to hear and be heard clearly. The speaker turns off if not used for a few minutes. The FM radio picks up stations well. Here's the trick, though: you'll need to do an auto scan first before trying to tune in to radio stations. Almost like scanning channels when receiving over-the-air signals for a TV. This is not clearly stated in the instructions. You switch to AUX mode and play content through your device's headphone jack. You will need a "papa-papa" cable for this, but it is not included. In TF mode, you can play audio files stored on the micro SD card. The sound is good. Don't expect it to rock the house, though. It delivers good volume, the sound is clear, and I've heard it tries to reproduce low frequencies. It's more like a full-range speaker, so all was not lost with my music. I learned not to turn the volume up too high when distortion was occurring. I used about 4 hours and the battery is only down to 80% so I guess this will easily get me through a long day outdoors. give it a star or something for the following reasons: The instructions weren't as clear as they could have been. The print is small and could be better organized. Button functions are not very intuitive. They tried to fit so many functions into just 3 buttons. Sound distortions occurred at a lower volume than expected. For the price it is a good little speaker with many features and suitable for my purpose.
