The settings are incorrect.
I have this on an AV twin motorcycle. You would think I think the setting would be for 2 cylinders, no. I set it to a cylinder so it works well. In addition, the arrow is kept at 1000 rpm when idling. And finally, when the RPM drops below 1000, it gets kind of crazy.
