Good, but not the best headphone

I really like the display. They sound good and the ANC blocks the low level audio a bit, but the kit I got wouldn't let me hear a call through my headphones and wouldn't turn off when I hit the power button. I don't know if my headphones are to blame or if their faults need fixing.
