This is a well made, solid TV wall mount. Mounting screws of different sizes are included in the kit. It even includes a small spirit level, zip ties, and an HTML cable. Pretty nice if they didn't have to do that. The instructions are enough to get the job done. They are more with diagrams than many words. So you have to look at them closely. The installer should definitely take the time to locate the wall studs and ensure the mounting screws are inserted deeply. This device can support quite heavy TVs (see limitations and check the weight of your TV). After installing the device, you can make some settings. One thing I did was loosen the main arm bolts a bit to allow the TV to plug and unplug easily. They are very tight as they should be. Just a few turns with the tool provided and they come off nicely. I chose this device because I sometimes want to move the TV away from the wall and then back again. This enables me to do this.
