An exceptional product which provides comfort and support. It could be used at all times without feeling too restrained in any sort of activity while still doing its job. I've had my fair share with many waist trainers, many causing stressed feelings or pain from the wires which would either protrude outside of my clothing and become visible or protrude from the inside and poke my sides.
