I love that we are able to use the same phone number as our POS system, which makes it easier for customers to call in or text if needed. The only thing I dislike is that there isn't an option for self-service kiosk. It would be nice to have a way for staff not to need to interact with customers when they want to check out. Also, with this option, you can track what items people buy in order to see how many people are ordering certain things. This information helps us plan our menu so we know what our best selling items are. I like that it's easy to use and has a variety of ways to customize. Also, it's easy to add in new features when needed. I dislike that it is not as intuitive as other POS systems. Some of the functions are not very intuitive, and some of the menus are a bit confusing. It has helped us keep track of inventory, and it also allows us to track customer information. We can also easily transfer the information to other systems.
