That's why I use this primer for eyeliner and eyebrows. And it's life changing! I work at work and most of the day as a waitress on the patio in wet conditions. I needed something to hold my eyeliner in place so I didn't end up looking like a raccoon by the end of my shift. It literally made my makeup look like I just put it on all day no matter how much I sweat in the heat! At first I only used it on my eyes to try it out and I loved it.
