Review on Yankee Candle Smart Scent Leather by Shawn Bass

Definitely a disappointment! I bought these exact Sage & Citrus clips and they gave off a pleasant, unobtrusive scent. I bought 2 of these to have a second one as they "took 30 days". I live in an area with temperatures above 90 degrees and the seller's description says it works best above 70 degrees. I made sure I removed the seal and that it was fully open to allow the flavor to come out. No smell after 3 days. I took out the second clip and repeated the process to make sure it was a broken clip and still no smell. I read several reviews with the same issue but thought maybe they were expecting a stronger scent. These reviewers were right, try something else. I hope the manufacturer listens to these complaints and refactors the clips so that they actually work. Much luck! An update on my previous review of a sage and citrus vent clip. After leaving it for 3-4 weeks it started smelling a lot stronger than before. I'm not sure why; However, I find these scented clips work better when you use a heater instead of an air conditioner. The weather was getting a lot cooler and I started using the heater and noticed the smell was a lot more noticeable. It should work whether you use the air conditioner or the heater. So I'm updating my product review a bit.
