Everything that was on my list when I was looking for a baby monitor and Dreo did just that, except for a few issues. Speakers: It looks like there are two speakers on the back of the monitor and only one works. When the screen is in sleep mode, a speaker at maximum volume is not loud enough. You must bring the monitor to your ears to hear. Now I'm not sure if I got a defective monitor or if it's a feature they have. Screen timeout: The screen timeout settings can be configured to 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes and never. I tried all the settings and the monitor turned off after 45 seconds. Again, I'm not sure if I received a defective one. I am returning my half as I have two issues otherwise I would be totally ready for a baby monitor. Love love the battery life and the voice alert option. The picture quality is also excellent.
