I loved these things. Really nice modification update for my beautiful 2008 BMW E90. I read some reviews about liability. My flashlight came with fairly strong 3M double-sided mounting tape. I was worried they might snap so the spring clip would snap. So I did the standard water soap spray trick I use for decals. Went like clockwork. They snapped into place and are now stuck. Also, some cars had problems with blinking on start. I added a drop of dielectric grease to the socket to ensure good contact. This material was found in a disposable bag at my local auto parts store. I don't know if this is related to the problems others have experienced with flashing, but I figured it couldn't hurt.
