The actual unit is surprisingly large, although the description or Q&A states the correct size. It's hard to imagine. Fits in bug bag or survival kit as advertised, too big even with thinner dyneema or backpack or camping lanyard. It's probably better with a standard 50-75ft diameter paracord than a full 100ft, especially if you want to coil Titans SurvivorCord. A mini-BIC is a good idea, but check the petrol level from time to time to make sure you have enough fuel. The cutter works VERY well with standard paracord - just pull it through and it will undo. If they had one of those reduced guy rope sizes (1.5mm to 2.2mm) I'd love it.
