This kit includes many of the things I gave up in search of more sustainable storage options. Silicone slider bags stay sealed (unlike other closure options) and I use silicone lids on everything from teacups to small watermelons. The only thing I don't like is the bag dryer. It is very light and if not perfectly balanced it will fall. I suspect it was copied from another brand with a suction cup on the bottom or a weight. I already dry the bags with a clip to hang them on the closet handle. Tip: Instead of applying beeswax directly to the food, first wrap the food in (highly compostable) wax paper and then use the beeswax to hold it tight and in place. The used wax paper can then be used to wrap used beeswax wrappers until you get home.
