I can turn it on and wait for the blank screen to go dark, then plug in the connection and it wakes up again. So he sees the input. I've tried Windows Desktop and Macbook with no luck. Both devices will recognize the monitor and believe they are sending a signal to the display. The display no longer falls asleep due to no signal. However, there is no picture. It's just a blank black screen. I tried both HDMI ports and the DP port. I tried 2 different HDMI cables and 3 DP cables. I've made sure Windows and graphics card drivers are up to date. I tried different ports on the Mac. Tried to change the resolution in Windows. Tried changing the refresh rate. Bad luck. That's a bad screen. The smaller one I replaced with this one works with all those cables, connectors, and computers. The only common element in each of these scenarios is the monitor.
