The product does not keep your drinks cold for several hours. I put ice cubes in my sparkling water and the ice melted. Of course it melted more slowly, but I figured the idea was to keep the drink colder than if I poured it into a regular glass. This cooling gel inside the glass makes it seem like I put the mug in the freezer for several hours. I will keep the jar as it is not cost effective to send it back considering how I end up paying for shipping. I can say that I wasted my money buying this glass. It's just not worth it.
