Poor connection on clock side output. I think it has to be in a certain position for the stand to get power. If it moves when you watch it, it will stop charging and you'll have to wiggle the cord that plugs into the outlet until it turns back on. This review is done after 1 month of use. Edit: The company contacted and explained that this was an isolated case and offered me an updated version that works much better than this version. Nowadays their customer service is well above what is expected from manufacturers and I am very happy with my new stand. Communication is reliable, never had any problems with it. I will order more for my wife. Thank you ZHBOUIN for excellent customer care.
