Does not work with Fitbit Versa

This dongle was specifically advertised for use with Fitbit Versa on PC (Windows 10). It's not like this. At first, my computer kept saying that the device was not recognized when plugged into the USB port. Then I spent half an hour on the phone with Fitbit, who finally said it wouldn't work, the Versa is made to connect to a phone or iPad, not a PC. Not even their keys work with the Versa
