We did not return the radio because it did not work but because the controls were too complicated for the user. not included. The display is small and not touch-sensitive. The sound is really good, but not like a ghetto blaster. The WiFi setup is a bit confusing if you have a dual band router, it shows names but doesn't include 2.4 or 5GHz. It can also show more duplicates if you have Wi-Fi extenders at home. WiFi supports 802.11b/g/n - not ac. You can program an unlisted station such as WFLA or WMAL via the search menu. 't. I haven't tried pairing the smartphone, so I can't tell if that's the case or not. Hope that helps.
