Robust and reliable product. If you've never used an epilator before, this one is perfect for beginners as it's small, gentle on the skin and less dangerous than other epilators. However, it skips a lot of hairs and sometimes multiple passes in different directions are required to remove the last stubborn hairs. However, having used a larger, more efficient epilator, I would recommend this one for beginners. Great low price! Another plus is that it's convenient when traveling since it's small. Facial hair grows fast so I use it weekly.
