I initially purchased the medium size but it did not snug fit. So, I returned it for a small size. The small fits perfectly! I am 5 ft 5 in and weigh 160 lbs and it fits just fine. Of course, I wear a size 36B bra. A day ago, I did my brisk walk and could feel the sweat running down my back and tummy. I love it and would recommend item. If one choose, it can be worn everyday to help reduce your mid-section!
